    Pros

    Autonomy, much responsibility, risk takers

    Cons

Firedrills, ineffective at times, frequent management changes at senior levels.

    Advice to Management

People over 40 are not suddenly inadequate, uncommitted, unpromotable or too expensive. They bring valuable perspective, loyalty and experience.

    Pros

Great brands, challenging and thought-provoking work, nice workplace location.

    Cons

Long hours - days, nights and weekends; arrogance of senior managment, lack of meritocracy and promotion of insiders.

    Advice to Management

You should check your egos at your fancy cars before you take that long walk into the building . . . Pepsi is #3 now, so obviuosly you're not always right.
