Perdue – “Perdue Farms is worthwhile work”

Pros

Perdue Farms is a company in which you can grow with and perform several jobs in a career. Management cares alot about associates and the benefits are outstanding. There are few companies that match up to 5% on the 401K and Perdue does.

Cons

Perdue tends to employ people you would not normally work with, low income types with poor work histories.

Advice to Senior Management

Perdue needs to complete a company wide assessment on its compensation for hourly employees.
