Pros – Flexible schedules, telecommuting opportunites, very astute and intelligent workforce
Cons – Lack of diversity, lack of training, never saw job description
Advice to Senior Management – Managers should manage their team instead of primarily functioning as team members. Spend time developing processing which then are used to develop employees
