Pros

great coworkers, you get to try the food for free the first time, you get a 50% discount on food

Cons

you can't request days off you have to have them covered by other employees, lots of favoritism, raises are hard to come by

Advice to ManagementAdvice

work with your employees and their schedules and it isn't right (or legal) to make somone work off the clock

    tips, that is the only good thing. the work is very hard ans somtimes very fast paced

    Cons

    too many tables assigned to one waitress
    when busy everyone needs to help including management

    work as a waitress for 2 weeks

    I have been working at Perkins Restaurant and Bakery

    Pros

    Easy to get time off when needed. Staff can be friendly and sometimes easy on the eyes if you know what I mean

    Cons

    They expect cooks to do everything all day and night. They will leave only one person on to close and get angry if you're not done right at close.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have two or more cooks every night. "corporate" managers should have some sort of restaurant experience. It's rediculous that upper management expects the absolute best
