Pros

Good opportunities to try new things, work in different industries and learn new skills.

Cons

Very militant culture, not easy to network throughout entire organization because of account based teams.

Advice to Senior Management

Make long-term decisions instead of caving to quarterly earnings reports and letting go of talented staff.
