Perot Systems Systems Integration Senior Specialist in Plano, TX:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

to get some experience and then move on.

Cons

Career mobility is next to non-existant. Unless you know someone or are in tight with a manager career mobility is a joke.
Salary was at the low end of the scale even though I received good/great reviews. Bonuses and raises were non-existant.

Advice to Senior Management

Wake up! You're letting some great talent slip away.
