Bonuses are promised but not paid or just a little were paid to majority of employees even with acceptable and satisfactory performance. No raise or max 3% . Too much work. It is all about work and not employee life. They don’t care about employees.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay the bonuses promissed and raise the salaries.
