    I worked at Perrigo

    Pros

Stability of company, Reasonable salary relative to cost of living, Growing business.

    Cons

Small-town company culture conflicts with global nature of business, High turnover in some departments (R&D, Procurement, Quality), Key departments working at cross-purposes, Conflict at mid-management level affects the worker-bees. Too many 'teams' that have no deliverables or deadlines, but suck up employee's time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be aware of and resolve inter-departmental conflicts that affect the productivity of the workers. Coach or fire poor managers, especially ones in departments with high employee turnover.
