I have been working at Persistent Systems (India)

Pros

Very nice facilities provided at work. You dont need to fight for petty issues with manager or immediate supervisors.Technically sound colleagues from whom you can learn a lot

Cons

Talks of the Top management discriminating based on caste. Recently a big-shot from Persistent who brought a lot of business left because he was not given the expected position because of a caste difference

Advice to ManagementAdvice

promote people based on their talent and abilities and not on any other physical favouritism.

    - Become a sales and marketing driven company if you want to scale
    - hire leaders who have worked with other services or product companies and have broader experience than the AVPs who one BUs but have no clue
