I have been working at Persistent Systems (India)

Pros

Flexibility in work style; freedom to think out of the box; energetic workplace; cutting-edge work; focused offerings and niche arena

Cons

Unstructured and loosely-designed business strategy; fairly immature in global sales model; high rate of attrition and instability at the top

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The firm needs to firm up its business model and invest in strategy not in people as much; brand image needs a huge boost-up
