Pros

- Have good managers
- helps for higher education.
- Good cultural activities like PAC, sports, freshi welcome
- heart of city

Cons

- No good compensation
- No good work
- No good policies for employees
- Going infosys way.
- No core work now-a-days

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Try to make processes for benefits employees
- Do not do cost-cutting under name of Green Persistent.
- Remove swap-in out timings

    Pros

    Quality of assigned work is average
    You can have good work life balance
    Flexible office timings
    Very good gym facility

    Cons

    Promotions are made very biased.
    Salary range, earlier it was good & was in competition with other product based companies. now its even below service based company.
    Very rare onsite opportunity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Earlier company decisions was employee oriented but now its completely money oriented.
    No recognition/appreciation is given to good work done.

    Pros

    You get all the time to learn what you want and if you are lucky you will get good managers who really give direction to your career.

    Cons

    Low salary and even after four years of work people don't get promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase the pay package and add more training programs for advanced technologies in areas like telecom and mobility & embedded.
