I have been working at Persistent Systems (India)
Pros – The type of technical work is really good.
Good to build up the resume.
Good medical coverage.
Cons – Bad compensation policies.
Senior management is not bold.
Need to stand up against costumers to support employees and their work.
No value to employee's personal life.
Advice to Senior Management – Take bold decisions.
One person in management should be given the control than having 5 managers and no one listening to each other.
