Pros

Good salary and realistic OTE
A Great abundance of Incentives such as luxuary holidays
Good Training
Good Management
Opportunity of nice company cars eg Audi, BM's, Lexus etc after hitting qualifying targets
Benefits Galore if you work hard

Cons

Limited opportunity to progress, especially if you live in the North of the country
Having to work away monday - friday 50-75% of the time
Favouritism of certain individuals so not all people are treated as favourably as others
Motonmous job
Backstabbing between individuals

Advice to ManagementAdvice

A great company to work for with an abundance of benefits and incentives, however there needs to be more career progression available. Relationships between directors, managers and staff need to be that of a purely professional one so favouritism is limited.

    I worked at Personal Group Of Companies full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Pretty good benefits-
    You receive a company car Seat Ibiza and generous expenses.
    Good opportunity for commission as well as basic Salary

    Cons

    Absolute no work life balance as you have to stay in hotels all week travelling the UK.
    i found it a really depressing sales job because you are forced to sell a poorly constructed insurance plan to people who cant really cant afford it in the first place.
    To be successful in this role you really have to take part in high pressure selling.
    No real future or progression in the company, employee turnover is incredibly high.
    I found it difficult to find anyone that had been there more than 18months.
