Ok, but could and should be better

ProsCoworkers are great, many of them very knowledgeable and caring about pets.

ConsPay sucks- you get .05-.25 cent bonuses every few months. Management too lazy to cover your breaks & lunches, sometimes we didn't even get them. Some customers overly zealous about their pets so you have to be careful

Advice to Senior ManagementStop coming into the store criticizing every minute detail. It's never going to look 100% perfect. Also, stop harassing the dog trainers and threatening them with their job. They can't FORCE people to buy classes!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: Raise 3rd month (10 cent raise- everyone starts at $7.51), 6th, and 1 year. Managers willing to listen. Option to get insurance.
