Discounts on product and services, as well as being able to see many different kinds of pets
Cons
The ours are ridiculous. As early as 3am, and as late as 10pm. The occasional overnights. Senior Managemt and HR make poor decisions for the stores. Corporate expects "supermen" as managers whom are sold out and willing to do anything at any time for the company, all with extremely limited associate hours.
Advice to Senior Management
The HR department needs to be more open minded. State regulations are more relevant then those of the overall company. It is not always practical to eliminate issues instead of resolving them.
