Pros

Mostly friendly environment, you get to have fun with pets that come in, if you want to do your job even decently, you have to learn things about animals and products and therefore you learn new things, etc.

Cons

Well, it's corporate, you get some dissatisfied customers and there's really nothing you can do about it, it's ultimately not the best company if you want to achieve hugely (maybe for a select few), never have gotten much real praise for accomplishments, etc.

Advice to Senior Management

Achievement is important to people - if we're trying to succeed, that success is going to be motivation to keep doing so. But if we feel like it's not getting us anywhere and we're not being recognized, there's no point in trying.
