Pros

There's usually happy customers at a pet store! It's nice to see people come in with their kids and pets.

Cons

You must be totally driven to move up. Don't expect to make a decent living as a cashier, but there's always hope.

Advice to Senior Management

Management is only as good as the one you've got. I think you can only train some one so much, but they either got it or they don't.
