Pros

Easy job, talk to people, help them out with their questions. Upper management (Store manager and operations manager) are normally awesome and knowledgeable.

Cons

Hours kept on being cut for the whole store. Working the trucks in the early morning/night is physically tough and can be boring.

Advice to Senior Management

Do not go back on your word about negotiations for hiring. i.e. The bait and switch is not a way to earn your employees respect and trust.
