    Pros

Collaborative departments and development is supported and encouraged. You are allowed to bring your dogs to work every Friday. Leadership is very accessible and interested in what your ideas are.

    Cons

Career paths are underdeveloped. One can easily find themselves in a spot that is very difficult to promote out of.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on your career paths along with succession planning. Retaining talent depends on it.

    Pros

Great opportunities to improve management skills provided

    Cons

Field Management promotions are too often given to under qualified "Yes men" from slow, low volume stores with nothing better to than kiss up to their bosses and not based on merit nor accomplishments.
