Current Employee - Piping Engineer in Sharjah (United Arab Emirates)

I have been working at Petrofac full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Leading company in the Oil and Gas field with so many options for Engineers on the look out for a new job. Petrofac is an all round company that has departments covering all parts of an EPC contract. In addition to that, Petrofac provides a very well organized training program for young graduate Engineers that are looking to start a career in the business.

    Cons

Not too many cons here, but one thing to mention is that the company is undergoing expansion for the past few years resulting in an increase in demand for highly experienced and skilled people. This might decrease the opportunities for a lot of people to get hired by the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep working on the brilliant future of the company, the outlook seems to be quite well.
