Current Employee – been working at Pew Charitable Trusts
Pros – Great people doing great work on environmental, health care policy, state policy and economic mobility. also using its resources for good through direct philanthropy and coalition building. Excellent benefits.
Cons – As others have noted Pew has grown very rapidly and processes have not yet been streamlined to fit the current size. I personally like the building but it's not like a typical messy non profit -- the building is clean and modern with cubicles near big windows. Offices for managers do not have doors - which I like but others do not.
Advice to Senior Management – Thanks for simplifying the clearance process for press statements and hiring - keep making progress!
