great place to work with some growing pains

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat people doing great work on environmental, health care policy, state policy and economic mobility. also using its resources for good through direct philanthropy and coalition building. Excellent benefits.

ConsAs others have noted Pew has grown very rapidly and processes have not yet been streamlined to fit the current size. I personally like the building but it's not like a typical messy non profit -- the building is clean and modern with cubicles near big windows. Offices for managers do not have doors - which I like but others do not.

Advice to Senior ManagementThanks for simplifying the clearance process for press statements and hiring - keep making progress!
