Current Employee – been working at Pfizer
Pros – Industry best training, compensation & benefits. good work/life balance.
Cons – Little upward mobility in sales unless willing to relocate to NY or Collegeville, PA.
Poor long-term strategies for growth based out of desperation vs IP growth.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more trasparent about the reality of each market situation. Develop realistic customized sales goals for Districts and territories instead of broad nationwide goals.
