Pros – Multinational, lots of job opportunities, and well paid with respect to other industries. Furthermore, the strong history of the company gives you the confidence, and prestige.

Cons – Pfizer is a hierarchical organization and sometimes it takes too long to get things done rapidly and effectively. In addition to that, there is an increasing cost saving operations in the company which puts more work on every employee.

Advice to Senior Management – The leadership team should focus on the internal talents, and see how they can benefit more from them. However, according to the general HR policy of Pfizer, every employee is disposable and easily replaceable by someone else. So, they should think the business impact of a loss in a valued employee, and maybe should try to retain them instead of dispose them.
