“Decent job with decent salary in a very decent environment”
Current Employee – been working at Pfizer
Pros – Stability, benefit packages. Supervisors tend to be very comprehensive about time and personal life.
Cons – Some employees are obsolete and recycled with in the company which takes away opportunity for other potential employees.
Advice to Senior Management – remove limp weight and don't cut innovation
