“My experience at Pfizer was acceptable, but lacked a scope for growth in the company.”
Former Employee – worked at Pfizer as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Great team members and people to work with.
Some good senior management individuals who listen to issues from junior scientists.
Cons – Routine work without any scope for development or change.
Upper management had lack of communication and caused changing of project deadlines.
