I worked at Pfizer full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Benefits were great, but they cut back on many.

    Cons

My supervisor/manager micromanaged to the point that he was constantly in my face and was abusive. I was non-exempt, and worked through lunch and after 5pm. Never got paid for over-time because the non-exempt staff was told that they had to finish all their work, and it was impossible to finish by 5pm. And, when men were hired with only a bachlors degree they usually went into management trainee programs, but most women didn't, they just remained in their positions.
Moral was horrible! I stayed because of the benefits, medical, etc.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have non-exempt staff review their supervisors, and listen to what they have to say. HR didn't want to hear anything! And, when men were hired with only a bachlors degree they usually went into management trainee programs, but most women didn't, they just remained in their positions.
