I worked at Pfizer full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Pays well if you are a legacy employee

Cons

Lots of silos, does not appreciate what it has purchased. Layed off 15,000 employees without regard to experience or value added.

Advice to Management

Be willing to assess what you purchased and take the best of... you could improve and evolve incrementally if it truely evaluated best practices.
