Pros

#1 pharmaceutical company in the world comes with many opportunities. The training is amazing and the benefits are hard to beat.

Cons

militaristic at times and lack of communication to employess. Caution since there are bound to be more downsizings

Advice to Senior Management

COMMUNICATION to employees is KEY
