Pros

The Pay is not too bad. There are opportunities to advance but there a lot of people who dont want you to. There are people that make a lot of money but it seems to have more to do with luck than any kind of professional skill

Cons

the hours are horrible. there is no balance between personal life and work life. they expect a lot of you and if you offer any kind of pushback then you will be forwned upon. they arent secretive about it either. there are times when it is so blatant it is borderline offensive. professionalism is definitely not a strong point for this company. i need to get out!.
