“Excellent Manager, negligent upper management”
Former Employee – worked at Pfizer full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Well paid, freedom, accountability, professionalism, local manager
Cons – Micro-management, cronyism, Ill conceived quotas, poor data management, horrible report delivery time tables
Advice to Senior Management – Return the control and leadership of this company to the local management and representatives
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
