Pros

* Great ops and sales teams in areas I worked with; Always very hands on and served the client's best interest

Cons

* Professionalism slides as corporate office is in Louisville, KY (short skirts, flip flops, shorts, etc. are tolerated)
* Routine, inescapable gossip
* Most work/projects piled on to the 2-3 dependable work horses for completion
* Too many new, un- QA’ed projects shuffled onto workload by management before completion of the previous one
* Constant change in upper management; discord and resentment between internal teams
* No desirable incentive for client retention; very small monetary incentive given annually

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire Account Management with pharmacy background
Overhaul retention compensation and incentives structure
Remove AAM role and empower all to be AM's with smaller territories

    Pros

    I liked the people who worked there. Everyone worked hard, and those who didn't didn't last.

    Cons

    There are no windows in the pharmacy.

    Pros

    The company has a nation-wide presence

    Cons

    Poor management at the local and regional levels. Corporate culture continues to move away from patient/employee care in favor of policies to increase profits. This business attitude is making it hard for the company to compete with mid-western competitors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take a good look at your employees. Realize how valuable they really are, and give them the recognition and appreciation that they deserve. The same can be said for your customers. You cannot be successful without them.
