Very little micro management once you've proven you can function on your own.

I worked at Pharmaceutical Product Development full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Training program is one of the best. Worked with some of the best sponsors in the industry.

    Cons

Supervisors, managers, directors are the worst people to work under. HR is terrible. Bullying and intimidation allowed. Low morale. Hostile work environment. And to top it all off---low pay, petty bonuses, insulting raises. No career advancement unless your friends are in management.
