Excellent training, good stepping stone, BUT constant change, no resources, and unrealistic expectations.

I worked at Pharmaceutical Product Development full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyable and Interesting clinical trial monitoring work with challenging problems requiring troubleshooting and high level organizational skills. Regional home office based position with travel ~ 80% time.

    Cons

Management has no clue who you are as a CRA, the turn-over rate is atrocious due to the burn out stress and the clinical team never discusses these issues, no work/life balance as travel, travel, travel is the mantra here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
