Pros

You wlll receive the best training in cGMP. Your colleagues are good people to work with.Fair commitment to work-life balance.

Cons

Demanding timelines. The entry level work is highly routine. Not and R&D environment or culture that embraces, develops, and sells new technologies. consequently there is a tendency to try to play hurryup and catchup when customers are turned away.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in the people (in all aspects) to encourage them to want to come to work everyday.

    Pros

Line Manager and Oversight Directors seemed genuine; decent pay relatively

    Cons

No time to finish training or onboarding before assigning rescue project.
No support available - everyone overworked to point of exhaustion. PMs fleeing as soon as they could due to long hours, no work-life balance. Literally crying to your manager got you no where. Company extremely economically driven - results in Bus. Development running the show; under-resourcing and making promises that the cannot be met and are dumped on the PM/Team to manage. This results in poor performance and client satisfaction >>> no bonus for the PM who is inevitably responsible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'm sure it won't matter what is said or suggested unless it is put in monetary terms. Shake off the green monster and do a 360 review if you want to keep good talent.

    Pros

Despite the low pay, the experience gained at PPD is absolutely invaluable. One can learn the ins and outs of an GMP regulated environment, a skill that is not taught during undergraduate schooling. Keep an open mind and learn as much as you can from highly qualified employees.

    Cons

Low pay and small raises, sometimes necessary to work overtime

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Establish realistic time frames for completing projects.
