Great GMP training ground, Demanding timelines

Research Scientist (Former Employee) Middleton, WI

ProsYou wlll receive the best training in cGMP. Your colleagues are good people to work with.Fair commitment to work-life balance.

ConsDemanding timelines. The entry level work is highly routine. Not and R&D environment or culture that embraces, develops, and sells new technologies. consequently there is a tendency to try to play hurryup and catchup when customers are turned away.

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest in the people (in all aspects) to encourage them to want to come to work everyday.
