    free cigarettes and coffee that the best reason...but for contractual like me theres no more benefits

    there some rules that regular employee did not follow...

    I have been working at Philip Morris International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1 of the best pay masters also in terms of non salary components.

    Cons

    Lack of consistency & transperency in decision making from top mgment atleast in India. In case of change in mgment decision taken by the previous mgment get reversed.Hence lacks the organizational culture-Works like a small firm/company rather than an organization.

    Advice to Management

    Should bring transperency & consistency in decsion making otherwise there wil always be sense of insecurity among employees & nonbody wil afford to take risk in there daily jobs which kills creativity & innovation.
