some very pleasant people, pay , benefits, restaurant, fitness and good training opportunities

Cons

certain top management and their management members should not be allowed to interact with others, as they do not know the meaning of treating others with dignity and respect

Advice to Management

when top management are aware that a new hire (for a top management position) has very appalling evaluation from his past employers, why hire him?

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Pay and Benefits are above industry CPG standards. Not too many good things to say about this place, other than that.

    Cons

Innovation is lacking, new ideas are attacked and criticized. Corporate culture is mature, yet old and slow. Highly profitable company, so thinking in terms of cost reduction or containment is never challenged or brought up. New ways of doing things are contained and purged, since management is comfortable with status quo.

    Advice to Management

Status Quo / Complacency is contagious. Management cannot keep this attitude. Good emplooyees are losing morale and confidence in the ability of management to lead.
