Decent pay, company car, expense reimbursement, and annual bonus. Good sales experience and the title looks good on a resume. For the most part you are working on your own.

Cons

Unprofessional working environment, poor opportunities for advancement, manual labor involved. Too many cliques and management plays favorites.

Promote more fairly, give better and consistent feedback, don't play favorites.
