    New ideas are welcomed while balancing with the conservative approach to business.

    Cons

    Organization structure changes almost every year thus, quality of work and short term goals of the smaller business units sometimes have no time to be realized at all due to new directives given from top to bottom.

    Be a little bit more upfront and transparent when the hard questions are being asked.
