Current Employee – been working at Philips Healthcare full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Management and most employees really care about customers and fellow employees. It is a civil work environment, good mutual respect among employees and management. It is NOT an environment of yelling and intimidation.

Cons – Too much tolerance for low performance in the portfolio and among some teams. Too much beurocracy to respond as quick as the market/customers sometimes demand

Advice to Senior Management – Be aggressive to grow, keep driving a performance culture, don't throw in the towel on the current initiatives.
