Great Benefit Package including vacation, 401K, medical, dental and vision.

    Cons

Not a comfortable place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The underlings are always scared that they are going to lose their jobs. Notes of "don't worry" don't help when 250 people get laid off at a time.
