I worked at Philips Lighting full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Working at Philips Lighting HQ in Eindhoven is being able to access all levels of management as well as challenging assignments in a company which is in complete transformation. Philips has also historically taken good care of its employees. My self I got a lot of support to return in my home country when I asked for it for personal reasons.

    Cons

Because the company is in transformation, it is difficult to know in advance what will happen with such and such divisions and function. Some of the most talented people had to leave the company due to reorganisations. It is a risk to take..

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
