“Ability to innovate and leverage my current talent and grow in the future”
I have been working at Philips North America
Pros – People I work with great people. Innovatoin, I have the ability to innovate projects, ideas and candidates. I love that I work for a company that is changing peoples lives everyday. I have many opportunities for growth. I live close to the office and have flexibility with work life balance. I love that Philips is a global organizaiton. I have the opportunity to work in cross collaboration with global partners.
Cons – Technology for employees limits capabilities and sometimes the ability to move at lightning speed.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep accelerating everyone has to be on the same page to make this work.
