The Phillips Van Heusen Corporations does a good job in understanding that you need to treat your people well and they will florish in this type of environment. This company has taught me to put people in front of profit. I have always been treated professionally and respectfully in this company. The company is very gererous with holiday time off, giving us extra associate days off, and half days. My department was a great place to work. I am going to miss working for this great company.

Cons

The only downside is a long commute to work. Sometimes the hours increase during the year, but this happens in all jobs.

Advice to Senior Management

As the company grows, please continue to remember our company motto on each of our paychecks "Quality and Dignity in All We Do".
