Pros

You get to run your own little business with out alot of bother from senior management, can do whatever you want for the most part, benifits were good, the company is large and not going anywhere. The staff discount was good with you like what they sell.

Cons

Pay, stores expected to run on 92 hours. Not everyone is going to want to join the Friends and Family program give it a break.

Advice to Senior Management

Replace the wasted area managers with district managers that would help with the micro-manage problem and the loss of communication.
