Family Atmosphere in a large Company

I have been working at Phoenix NAP

Prosfully secured safe building - Company provides Lunch and for the most part pays for benefits.

ConsAs this is the first attempt at building a Datacenter there are some things that could have been done differently and planned out better.

Advice to Senior Managementagain as this is the first attempt at a Datacenter, channels need to be opened to all employees for ideas from the ground level up.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
