I worked at Physio-Control

Pros

Physio Control has had its ups and downs but seems to be getting their acto together. Senior company management seems competent but senior quality management is a joke.
Ok working environment, basically an average place to work.

Cons

Within the quality group, people are treated like dirt. Very high turnover rate. Physio is an FDA target for good reason.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire better management in the quality group. Watch out for risky acquisitions.

    I worked at Physio-Control

    Pros

    Nice campus and good location for those who live on the Eastside. They provided good medical benifits for you and your family.

    Cons

    Payrate was below average for the area. Management lacked a clear and realistic long-term strategic vision for the company. There was a lot of politics and the company seemed to be stuck in the early 90's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on hiring AND promoting the right people for the right jobs not just hiring and promoting individuals because it's conveinent.
