Pros – Best reasons would include: you can do photography work and learn part of that field, learn patience and people skills and how to photograph young ones and families.
Cons – Though you were able to be in the field of photography, you were not readily able to experiment and learn other genres.
Advice to Senior Management – You should start caring more about who you hire, and less about how you are making your advertisements and money. A company is only as good as its foundation, and your Associates are that. Build them stronger and the company would haver been better.
