Flexable schedule, you can let management know when you can work and they are pretty flexable in meeting your needes. The atmosphere is also fun and the customers who come in the store are usually friendly and appreciate being serviced.

Cons

The pay could be alittle higher but that's the nature of the sales beast.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't be afraid to coach entry level associates...sometimes they are looking for guidance need it.
