I have been working at Pier 1 Imports part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Beautiful Merchandise, opportunity to learn new trends, great customers.

Cons – Low compensation, unsafe conditions, no benefits.

Advice to Senior Management – It will great to earn more than the minimum wage for a job that is very physically demanding, were one can get hurt easily lifting heavy furniture and boxes.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
