Current Employee – been working at Pilkington North America

Pros – I get to take pride in my job and know I do make a difference.

Cons – A 12 hour work day, but I enjoy my days off throughout the week, so I wouldn't want it changed!

Advice to Senior Management – Listen more to the employees on daily work and scheduling, sometimes we know more of whats needed than our supervisors! At the production level, we shouldn't have to be the ones to tell you what you should already know. We are always short on racks and having to shut lines down because there is nothing to pack into.
